GROUP BUSINESS COACHING, provided by the Made in Czechoslovakia company, is an effective, theme-oriented tool for managers, which is used when communication in a team becomes problematic, and when interpersonal relationships among employees, cooperation and trust are being disrupted. This tool can also be used when employees’ motivation and performance need to be increased and resilience to stress strengthened.
Which types of group business coaching do we offer?
Since the primary goal of group coaching is a strong focus on solving current problems in a company, the scope and design of group coaching sessions are always custom made for our clients. Based on our experience of professional practice, the most requested coaching groups are:
- Newly-hired or Junior Staff Coaching:
This type of group coaching aims to help new employees to adapt themselves to new work environment and socialize themselves; it uses self-experiential techniques to identify their strengths and weaknesses and their position in a team, and their soft skills are developed. It is designed as a 6-day coaching session (2 × 3 days), whose goal is to identify skills and abilities of newly-hired or junior staff, make recommendations on their team placement and determine opportunities as well as risks connected to their performance.
- Top Management Strategy Coaching:
This type of group business coaching focuses on leadership issues. It is usually held as a brainstorming session which discusses business strategies, presentation delivery, organizational structures etc.
- Mediation Coaching:
This type of business coaching is predominantly used in situations when communication in a company becomes problematic. It focuses on reaching constructive solutions to conflicts, clarifying expectations, establishing competences and taking on responsibilities.
- Motivation and Performance Coaching:
The aim of this type of coaching is to find a source that would help maintain or increase inner motivation, cope with uneasy situations at work, increase resilience to stress and the will to perform.
- Crisis Management Coaching/Change Management Coaching:
This type of group coaching is used when a state of crisis prevails in a company. It puts a great focus on coping with uneasy situations at work and developing a system of crisis communication and change management.
